paper title, repo affidavit/bill of sale or title transfer bill of sale will be provided for vehicles in the auction.
Payment Terms:
Payment accepted is cash, money order or cashiers check. Credit card is accepted but will be charged a 4% fee. Credit card and owner of card must be present if using that method of payment. NO SPLIT PAYMENT METHODS
Auction Terms
Items are sold as is where is, all sales are final. There are no warranties expressed, written, or implied. All auction items must be picked up within the stated number of days and payment is due upon receipt, see our payment terms for details.
All items must be picked up and paid for in full by Wednesday following the auction. If vehicle is not picked up within that time frame $10 per day for storage will be charged.
Vehicles must be picked up within 5
days of auction ending.
