Titling Information:

All vehicles sold "as is" meaning that we do not guarantee the vehicles in any way, Buyers should not assume that running vehicles are road worthy or can be operated safely in their current condition. All vehicles should be inspected by a professional before they are driven off our lot. Or should be towed at purchasers expense. Vehicles will be noted if they have a title or Possessory lien paperwork to obtain a ks title, out of state purchasers check with your state regulations prior to bidding.

Payment Terms:

Payment is due upon receipt of auction items. Cash, , MasterCard and Visa or Discover will be accepted with a 5% processing fee. WE ARE A LICENSED DEALER AND WILL COLLECT 9.35% SALES TAX UNLESS YOU ARE A DEALER WITH TAX #.

Items are sold as is where is, all sales are final. There are no warranties expressed, written, or implied. All auction items must be picked up within the stated number of days and payment is due upon receipt, see our payment terms for details.
